Having spent the last few years in and out of lockdown, across the profession and business communities, we were shown where we could be successful, but also put focus on the aspects of our working lives that weren’t working.

Embracing the opportunity to translate what we learnt during the pandemic, Nexia Melbourne is transforming their workplace into a welcoming hub of collaboration and future adaptability, with the firm announcing a move to prime CBD office space at 600 Bourke Street Melbourne.

An ambitious growth agenda set out in early 2022 asked the important questions - What do our team want and need to excel? How do we foster well-being and productivity? How do we create an in-person and remote working environment that works for our people and ensures our clients continue receiving the highest service standard?

By listening to the answers, Nexia believes that their refurbished office space accompanied by a well-oiled work-from-home policy, is an integral part of their equation for success.

Managing Partner of Nexia Melbourne, Vito Interlandi, said “We have always strived to empower our team to deliver a high-quality, timely and personal service to our clients in a workspace that is highly collaborative and sustainable. Our new office is us delivering on this commitment.”

Nexia Melbourne’s new location will provide top-of-the-line workspaces, spacious break rooms, a wellness room, and functional meeting spaces for clients. Having secured level 35 of Bourke Place, the new office will also showcase pristine views of the Melbourne city skyline.

The Partners anticipate that 600 Bourke’s facilities and design will create an environment that is a holistically welcoming experience.

Vito Interlandi said, “We see this move as beneficial to both clients and our team - When our team are in the office, we want them to have a strong sense of place. The new space is designed to bring our team closer together in an environment that is refreshed and feels inviting. Similarly, we want our clients to feel welcomed at our office and see our standard of work reflected in the space.”

Nexia Melbourne’s new office is currently under refurbishment. The move is expected to occur in late March 2023, and will not be open to attend until this time.

As of 31 January 2023, the Queen Street office has closed.
