Katrina’s role as HR Manager for Sydney sees her work closely with the executive team and operational leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives across the business to ensure the successful delivery of HR services.
Katrina has over 10 years of experience providing HR services in the professional services industry, including 2 years working in London. She has gained experience spanning all areas of HR including best practice recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement. She works with both staff and clients of the firm to provide expert HR advice on both general queries and complex issues.
Katrina has a genuine interest in people and takes an empathic and flexible approach towards HR issues. She builds relationships balancing her understanding of both business and employee needs, whilst utilising her knowledge of employment law and experience managing successful HR approaches.
