Lydia brings over 20 years of professional accounting experience, gained across both mid-tier and Big Four firms, with more than 15 years dedicated to corporate advisory. Her extensive expertise positions her as a trusted advisor in navigating complex financial transactions and delivering strategic insights.

Lydia’s corporate advisory expertise encompasses business valuations, Independent Expert Reports (IERs), due diligence, Investigating Accountants’ Reports, and M&A advisory on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. She has worked across a broad range of industries, including technology, energy and resources, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and retail, demonstrating her ability to provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each sector.

Lydia is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), a business valuation specialist recognised by CAANZ, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
