Professional experience
Gavin is a Director in the Audit & Assurance Services Group and brings with him over a decade experience in financial statement audit, reviews of internal control systems, processes and procedures and compliance audits.
Prior to joining Nexia Brisbane Gavin was employed as the Group Corporate Accountant for a property funds management and real estate company managing approximately $216M of Australian commercial real estate in a number of Registered Managed Investment Schemes.
Gavin’s assurance client base has been diverse, however they have typically come from within the “middle market” with turnover of circa $300m. Some of his current and immediate past clients have included multi-national businesses whereby he acts as the relationship manager for the Australasian branches coordinating the financial statement audit of the Australian operations.
