Claire has presented and worked on a number of technical and training assignments relating to new accounting standards and legislative updates, including assisting several entities with the implementation of new and revised International Financial Reporting Standards and Australian Accounting Standards.
Claire is currently active in the provision of training and accounting advice within Nexia Australia and works on a variety of clients providing analysis and advice within the accounting, finance and audit environment.
Claire has over 10 years’ experience in providing audit and accounting advice. Before joining Nexia in 2013 she was an Audit Manager at a Big 4 accountancy firm in the UK. In this role she led a variety of large multi-location and multi-divisional audits, managing the audit approach and the key stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient and on-time deliverables.
Her clients include several entities in the not-for-profit sector ranging from large charities, universities, academies and foundations, entities in the public sector, owner managed businesses, large listed entities and many more.
